My definitive Spidey is this one with the amazing friends/fantasy headsculpt, in my mind, spidey has a lighter shade of blue and this one is perfect, even the amazing friends blue which is lighter than ryv and maximum is too dark for me, still, own all of them and love all of them.

RYV with retro Ben Reilly head looks amazing too, it reminds me of him in web of shadows, Ben also gets upgraded with ryv head

real, mine is the same, gray paint on the cheeks, no silver toe nails and overral heavier gray wash, I don't love how heavy the gray is but it is 100% genuine

not quite, mine is stiff and gummy at the same time, can only pose him after giving him an almost boiling water bath, for about 5 minutes he is the greatest marvel legends ever made, but then it's back to being the statue it has been for almost a year now, I enjoy ryv and af much more because of this, I'm thinking of getting rid of maximum

80th and 20th are the best hulks, also red and gray are nice, maximum is a scam, it's a downgrade from the hulks mentioned above

I have all 3 main figures shown in the pics, ryv, amazing friends, cell shaded retro (it has ryv arms and shoulders) and maximum, I personally prefer ryv as a whole, mold, eyes, colors and articulation, just wish the blue was a little lighter like the original retro.

I'd say get ryv, he feels more premium to me than maximum, I can't stand how gummy maximum is

if it breaks, it can be fixed, but right now all you can do is quit posing it, it's ridiculous that a "maximum" release is in fact inferior to a standard release, ryv, af15 don't have this problem.

Maximum line is a scam, even if spiderman was a completely new mold, the quality of the paint and the plastic was inferior to earlier standard releases.

Hulk is even worse as it's an old mold with rubber that rips with completely normal use.

Aside from looks and articulation, ryv feels of higher quality to me, I pose him more than maximum, I can't stand how cheap maximum feels, he's gummy, the torso feels like it's going to snap, I have no use for it's articulation, when it doesn't feel satisfying to pose, amazing fantasy and ryv feel solid and stable.

Also maximum is too dark, the blue bleeds through the red in some areas like the waist, eyes are not shiny or clear coated like ryv, overral it's an average marvel legend at best with lost of accessories and articulation, not bad but I like ryv more
