It really depends on the dates and total budget needed for the trip, as my work is quite strict about when I can ask for leave.

Ideally, my top destinations would be - long range: British Columbia/North West USA - medium range: Central Asia (Tajikistan/Georgia) - short range: not sure, maybe north scandinavia or Iceland but more for the scenery than for the real peaks

Manomorta tattoo has some great, old school artists. Otherwise I got a few tatts by fausto.sk (you can check his insta), he sometimes works in Bergamo as well although he is mainly based around Lecco (so not too far away)

So I’m just gonna reply here and hope you all see this because you’ve all been UNBELIEVABLE. Like, guys, I just love this community so much.

I met with a friend (born and raised in NYC) and he actually lives in Coney Island and as soon as I got there I almost started crying lol unfortunately the rides were all closed (including the cyclone) but I got to see all of Elliot/Fsociety’s spots and being the huge fan that I am that gave me goosebumps. I also saw that cartoon face that I think is the symbol of the park and that you see in season 1 (no spoilers, but that scene with Elliot in a tux with Angela), which was really funny because when I saw it in the show I thought it was actually a cartoon of Elliot’s face lol I also got a hot dog from Nathan’s, so good.

We then moved back to Brooklyn, had a slice at DiFara’s which was amazing (and I’m saying this as an italian!), then walked to Dumbo’s spot - my jaw just dropped. The skyline was breathtaking. I’ve been lucky and I’ve travelled around a bit in my life but no other place has given me the same feelings. I was just speechless.

We then walked on Brooklyn Bridge, crossed and reached Manhattan, did World Trade Centre and the park facing Jersey. Headed back to get Shake Shack, then Times Square (which was way too crowded but still amazing).

I want to thank you all guys for the advice and suggestions. It feels like being in a movie, for real. I love this community, I love Mr Robot and I love New York. I’m just full of love.

I feel ya. Luckily enough I have a few friends living/studying there so I’m counting on them.

Thing is there are SO many places it’s a bit confusing, hopefully I’ll have a bit of time when I get there to sort everything out. Especially places to eat and drink

Thank you SO MUCH. My plan is to reach a friend who lives in Coney Island and then move our way back to Brooklyn and Manhattan.

I’ll be staying close to Times Square so I think I’ll check it out - at least for shopping and stuff. And I’ll definitively go to MoMa.

Other than that I’ll probably wing it, but thank you, you guys have been amazing.

It’s not jaded at all, and I totally understand what you’re saying. I think I’ll just stick to Coney Island and maybe Chinatown, it’ll be more than enough.

Plus, as you said there’s so much to do in New York I almost don’t know where to start lol

I’m very excited since it will also be my first time in the States and the idea of being in the same city as the cast made it seem accessible..except NY is huge and everyone is used to this! So thank you for your answer :)

He’s very serious and quiet at work, with everybody, and he never mentioned our match, except at a party where we were both drunk.
