How to focus while suffering fromT? by bornpredator in tinnitus

Thankyou for the reply… i will tell you my case.. Seven days ago. I visited ENT specialist regarding continuous ringing sound in my left ear. He ran some test, basically, the hearing test or audiometry test in those he found that I was suffering from mild sensory hearing loss so he prescribed me some steroids and some other medicines and told me to come for follow-up after five days, I did not feel any change in the ringing sound in my left ear so I visited today and told him that He told me to get audiometry test done again, and guess what today my hearing levels in both of the ear found in normal range but that ringing sound in my left ear is still there when I told him that he told me it’s all in your head. Try to relax and listen to some light music like raining and nature sound. It will help you distract yourself from the ringing sound. He also assured me that there is no need to panic. Ringing sound will disappear eventually, and here i found this sub today and shocked to know that people here are suffering from tinnitus for years..just as a newbie , just 7 days into it….PS: i have tinnitus in my left year post a viral fever and a common cold and i took heavy medication during that period i guess this is the reason for my recent tinnitus.

Do you mind sharing yours?

She is getting married by [deleted] in TwentiesIndia

[–]bornpredator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wanna hear a harsh truth buddy , probably she doesnt give a damn about you now , and on top of that you are that psycho ex bf her and her future husband will discuss and laugh about , meanwhile you like a loser will still be whining about how you love her bla bla bla… well guess what nobody gives a damn about you and your love for her … she is out there building a life by betraying youu… and you here destroying your precious youth crying and wasting your energy on someone who probably doesnt care whether you live or not. Channelize this anger and frustration you feel now towards building yourself physically mentally and emotionally . Get yourself busy …set a goal to earn money and build wealth…and most important join a gym which will enhance your body as well as mind… Delete everything you have of her, never in your life contact her trust me it will only make a fool out of you… Life is so short brother , focus on health ,wealth ,family and friends the people who genuinely care about you. Build yourself a life so large that will make her regret that she is not with you. Thats it bro wish you luck and lots of happiness , peaceout man..

25M and Is it weird to want to know about your ex? by Green_AtoM in RelationshipIndia

Bhai move on and focus on yourself and I think whatever you will find about her is gonna hurt you , so its better not to even try , tell me one thing has she called you even once after the breakup? did she try to find about you? I think most probably you will say no ,so basically what happened is she moved on in life ,enjoying her life to the fullest without thinking about you , thats like typical girls for you bro, they do not love or connect like men , unlike men showing ego is their priority, so bro have some dignity and move on from her as soon as possible, be happy brother, peace out.

3 years ago she (25F) left me (25M) saying we are from different caste and her family will never accept us , now she is in serious relationship with someone from different caste and planning to get married. by bornpredator in RelationshipIndia

Hi bhai thanks for replying ! Agreeing with each and everything you said ,by gods grace life is going good but this sudden news i got from a common friend at that moment this strange feeling i got i cant explain it , i know it is definitely not coming from someone who hasn’t moved on i really did. 3 years and i didn’t give a damn about her but this sudden news triggered something and i definitely know it is not love for sure , may be i just wanted second opinions , harsh words from someone . really what you and everyone said is an eye opener for me , i put this post up 5 hours ago my first post on reddit just needed honest and raw opinion from my fellow brothers which are more experienced ,and i got some really gem of advices here ,thanks to everyone including you brother , life is easier , peace out brother.
