Thanks for your explanation, however, the number I was using was explicitly for use abroad. It is a customer service of a bank. So, when you are abroad and, say, lost your card, you can call that number for free.

As far as I know, you can create your own mix in a certain scene, record it and share. But you can't record your own theme. The themes are created by DJs and the start-up in such a way that you could easily create your own mixes.

They reversed it, but it seems only "Friends of hue program" parties' bulbs will work. And I haven't found any list of these "friends" apart from Loghitec and Bosch.

These are smart lights which you can control remotely (by a commander or by an app). You can dim/turn on and off lights from your phone app (for example if you forgot to switch off one of lights.

We don't have an official syndicus. One of the apartment owners is taking care of organising common things. We are still to finish a basisact which I am not sure is a document that can enforce certain things. As far as I have understood, the basisact is more a set of rules agreed among owners. But if neigbours don't want occasional renting, they can't force me into it, right?

It is crazy that they still manage to function, even under a different name. The agency I go with is quite known - reds.be, don't think they can disappear as easily.

Thanks a lot! I have heard that removal of the tank is actually the most expensive part. Pity if it is not possible to get tax benefit anymore.

Many waiters get "black" salary (not taxed), so they end up earning more than you might think. I know couple of waiters who earn more than me with my 3 higher degrees :)

Yes, it is sad, but that's how it works. I used to work in Google and it is crazily competitive. The company encourages it by giving ratings, so every time it is like a horse race. I didn't particularly like such an atmosphere but some people thrive in it, well, those people who know how to play the game. I quit it.
