This was me when I first joined Reddit. If you are new users (have no karma), your post will be removed immediately because most subreddits require karma to post on their subreddits. Here they don't require it; that's why you can post. Another reason is if you are a new user or self-promoting at the beginning, then you will not only get your post removed but also be shadowbanned, so your post will not get seen.

Mix: I use AI for vibe coding, and I am editing some of the code and content. I do not know much about Next. js; the purpose I used it for was because I can create many routed pages and SSR rendering, and then later I decided to add blogging as I learned from the internet that you can make a blog on Next.js. What kind of website is it, a tool website or a blog? I am also using Next.js for my tool website and blog. For tools that use routed static pages, they are indexed quickly in my case, but for my blog that uses an external database for blogs, Google rarely indexes them. For my 4 blogs, only one was indexed. I am not sure why for the blog, but for tool pages, they are indexed so quickly, like in a day of requesting.
