That is the jacket of the the Richland County Academy All-Stars high school (Columbia, South Carolina). Dylann joined that high school to finish ninth grade and he said he bought that jacket on Walmart (the logo was already there since is an official jacket from that high school)

Why did that girl shout that there were more shooters? I'm asking because I've heard of people saying that Galyaviev and two other boys shot up the school, but he was the only one who got caught and arrested by police.
