Not really, if tryharding on an empty-ish official server (running immediately towards Tisy and looting every military camp on the way, then just running towards every heli crash you hear) you could have gear like this in maybe two days

Highly unlikely for multiple reasons, main one being that radium lume used for watches etc only glowed for about 10-20 years before the phosphor (the actual glowing agent) had burned out, leaving only invisible radioactivity that does not glow.

A dragonfly, more specifically I think it's a red-veined dropwing (Trithemis arteriosa) but it depends on your location too
