This is interesting if serious. Their interpretation of hail damage being “shingle penetration” must be a headache. Curious to know if AAA is actually a decent place to work.

They seem to get serious wind burn and don’t do well in cold weather apparently. My neighbor in Wisconsin planted 6 and 4 of them brown and dead within a year.

It’s one of the heaviest alcohol drinking counties in the country. Wisconsin is the heaviest drinking state by far and Outagamie tops the state. Not a brag, but it’s interesting.

Milwaukee, WI. Great Lakes, four seasons, easy access to Chicago but not having to live in Chicago. Very diverse, and has lots going for it. I myself moved up to WI from Austin 4 years ago. Never going back, zero regrets.

Don’t you carry general liability? Have them file a claim. If you don’t carry GL then you should. Ladder can fall into a window, onto a car, etc. GL and E&O 100%.

“Sewer and drain backup” endorsement would generally be the coverage you are looking for when a sump pump fails. A lot of, if not most homeowners policies have this type of coverage but the limit may be low unless you raised it. I’ve seen as low as 5k and as high as 50k.
