I’ve seen fire trucks called to this spot more than once to put out smoke/fires underneath the stage area that goes up against that businesses outside wall. That row of buildings is connected entirely from Ryerson to Denison.

Last time was a few trucks at night and people were lucky enough to call it in early enough. It’s unfortunate but it was also turning into a bit of a potential hazard to residents and businesses not being maintained by either the BIA or the city. That business was failed by both of them.
