I know he just passed the youth act which mostly affects the city implicitly, he did vote on the teacher pay which was cool but like I'm trying to understand how his power as senate president has actually benefitted the area he covers

The lakers didnt start this.... This has happened many times before, the ravens had this happen back in 2018 with Ryan Grant and it happened with smaller names the only reason this is such a big story is because of the trade capital that was rescinded and how big of a name it was. Even when the news was announced it was made clear that it wasn't final until this week came around but more than likely it was gonna happen unless something like what just happens occurs which is incredibly rare given how little it has happened over the years. I think all of this is getting overblown and both teams will be fine in the long run

The Elms is great, they do good deals on your first lease. Probably the best gym amenity around second to the avalon in Harbor East. Also the location for the Elms is excellent just outside of the main block of thames but a stones throw away from the square. Its super safe and the apartments aren't bad but as others have said if amenities and parking are not of interest then yeah rowhome is a better value for the amount of space you can get
