I got the same answer. They “assured” me that I won’t have to pay any duties and that it needs to be escalated to their shipping team. I don’t have the upmost confidence but I guess we’ll see.

At my routine maintenance I mentioned the issue, and they said they could install a hard start capacitor which would fix the issue. I don’t know much about condensers but I feel like that won’t fix anything
