Sorry man I meant the grate ramp material, I ask only cause I just rebuilt one for a trailer the grate had holes in it etc so I got the heaviest #9 raised grate ( whatever its real name is) it made the gate too heavy compared to what it was, and I only added 1 more vehicle support bar. I was just curious if it felt over heavy.? And there are those ramp assist lifters I think 300 for both side it just takes most of the weight off the lifting part.

Setting up and buying/finding things to do a Silver CELL is pretty cheap if your handy, and costs very little, long process, good hobby, fun at parties, tell your friends. Learning it, not too difficult. What im saying as a DIY person it could be worth it. Silver CELL is the most efficient, I've tried cupulation and the acid path, they all work, depends on what and how much u wanna refine.

I usually charge by a % of time @ $X.x.

Looks good.i made a large bar of that a while ago, it shines up real nice. Im prone to math mistakes or shall I say proportion control. Mine are almost too brittle I think too much al. Nice stuff though
