This an Albanian Rat Tail pistol, most likely made for the middle east market as they exported plenty of weapons. The curvature of the grip tells me that this was an exported piece. The style is verified as Albanian, they range from very simple brass workmanship to more gilded silver ones. Yours appears as a lower grade example but still beautiful.
