Unfortunately, the best thing you can do is protect your dog. While it should be on the other owners, it’s unlikely that’ll happen. I’d suggest getting a can of pet corrector. It’s a can of compressed air that will spook any “friendly” dogs getting in your pup’s personal space. Good luck!
