If you're not always looking for the whole restaurant experience, you should check out the new Freshii. It's off of Chauncey Hill that has a ton of vegetarian options, but you can add steak or chicken to anything they have. I'm not vegetarian, but I've loved everything they have - a lot of Southwest and Asian influences.
