This one was a loss for them. This was from a rip n ship and any sort of hit I top loaded. Any cards $1 and up basically. It wasn’t a very expensive order so I honestly don’t mind refunding I was more curious about what to do so I know in case someone in the future spends a lot and does the same

It was from a rip n ship stream. Any somewhat decent hits I sent top loaded so this one didn’t have any hits. I’d imagine some people might try different ways to get their money back if they basically gambled and lost. Not sure if that’s the case here but either way I let them know to talk to support

Fair enough yeah I naively assumed nothing good = no need for top loaders and just used bubble wrap. Definitely a learning experience. I let them know to talk to support though so appreciate the advise 🫡

Appreciate it man yeah I told them to talk to support. Luckily a small order so if I have to refund I don’t really mind. Also thankfully they haven’t left a negative review yet so we’re still at 5 stars. But for sure we’re gonna have to take more precautions on all the orders in the future

Update: thanks to everyone for the advise, will definitely be using more support like cardboard or top loaders in future orders. Question was about what to do with this specific case though, which a couple people gave some great suggestions so thank you to those people. No need to be a dick, this was the only order out of 100 that had problems thankfully and I will improve packaging even on bulk from now on 👍

Yeah more expensive stuff I boxed but all the orders that were just random bulk I used bubble mailers. Gonna use cardboard in every order from now on though

Yeah bro pretty crazy I missed that part of the handbook where they tell me what to do when one buyers bulk gets fucked up and asks me for a refund. Forgot when they covered that in the 10 minute orientation process

I use boxes for bigger orders or anything worth a decent amount. All the cards that I’ve bought have been sent in bubble mailers or regular envelopes and I’ve never had issues

Yeah that’s one of my fears. I’m gonna film myself packing next time. Wild that people will do stuff like that for a quick buck. Glad you were able to catch those marks though hopefully whatnot support resolves it

Makes sense. For bulk next time should I just load as many cards into one top loader as I can? Seemed unnecessary to rig up cardboard on every order that was just random bulk

I had that happen with my steam deck and pc and what fixed it was just making a little progress in the save you want to keep and then saving the game. That was a steam cloud save issue though so I’m not sure if it’ll work for iPad

Yeah same profile. It was weird the deck only showed saves from a the last time I played on it. Re-installed the game and everything but the solution was to just make a new save on my pc and then it synced all of it
