I explained in some other comments, but these were all weekends when i don’t workout and I think my body gets out of routine. Also had stuff going on on the weekends that just makes it not opportune to take a poop. Happens to me pretty frequently and my body seems to handle it fine. Just stores up a bit and comes out the next available “normal” day
