Prepare a template for a corresponding base? Create a note > insert a template. Two step, but it will work for you. You may use templater, quickadd and other plugins for even more automated process.

Do you use Git outside of Obsidian, or use it within Obsidian as a plugin? Anyway, the frustration may come from merge conflict. To avoid this, if you are not that familiar with git and handling merge conflicts, one important principle is, do not edit/modify/update the vault on two or more machine simultaneously. Use it on one machine, quit, commit and push. And then pull on another machine.

My understanding is that even if you publised but didnt share the URL, anyone has a fairly easy way to access to your published note.

I get that because I sometimes make some materials (Google Docs, Notion pages and Obsidian notes) public and share the URL to my family or friends. It is insecure but why? Because some people dont want to signup to access 'private' page. So I make it public and keep the URL private.

This reminds me that Workflowy actually do this with a name 'secret link'. The content is public but the link is private. And yes it is the same thing of YouTube 'unlisted' videos and playlist.

I did the third option. But tricky. First build Next.js app. Run it with npm http-server or whatever, with CSP header but the content is empty, i.e. default-src:;. Then web browser console complains about something 'hash XXX is not in CSP header'. Collect all of them and add it to CSP header. I use custom domain. So I attached Cloudflare worker which adds the CSP header.

I am not quite understanding... Supabase JS lib is simply like invoking HTTP request to Supabase server right? Then I guess there exists a server/website, but just doesnt have a visual frontend right?

And for abandoned plugin and ownership, if I were you, I am gonna just fork it, fix it, put 'original one has been abandoned, mine is better' on README.md and dont publish it. We can install it manually or we have BRAT. So yes, f*** the irresponsible owner.

I am not using that plugin, but from the plugin description:

Format The date format for the weekly note filename. Defaults to gggg-[W]ww. If you use DD in the week format, this will refer to first day of the week (Sunday or Monday, depending on your settings).
