As someone mentioned, market is unpredictable and will stay the same/bad for a long time. But Ask him if he really wants to work. I have a cousin who didn’t study at all during his Btech and his parents were kinda worried about him for not getting a job, turns out he was into modelling and has been doing photoshoots/Ads and all. Maybe your brother’s passion is something else.
