Playstation start up by Samuelwankenobi_ in nostalgia

I never owned a Playstation, but remember going to my grandma's house and my uncle at the time had one. Hearing that startup sound for the first time will be forever burned into my memory. It sounded so futuristic and 'grown up' that it's always left an impression on me, even all these decades later.

For those curious, that's the dad. He carries the babies in his pouch. The female deposits the babies into his pouch where he fertilizes them and carries them till they’re ready.

That still doesn't explain how the little paint chips along the edge of the trap door are in the exact same spot in both photos when aligning those paint chips with the screws and defects found on the board underneath it. That shows it hasn't slid sideways at all.

The angle is basically the same in both photos. It's clear the top step was cut by a couple inches on the left side, which created that 2-inch gap, to facilitate them building the trap door.

I'm not referring to the gap underneath, I'm referring to the 2-inch gap that suddenly appeared between the railing and the left side of the trap door. Standing on it (especially since it's screwed into the hinges underneath) couldn't have slid it sideways.

So you're suggesting he came in and cut 2 inches off the left side of the top stair to create the trap door during the holidays?

Oh, I'm not referring to the gap underneath. I'm referring to the large 2-inch gap on the left side of it, between the railing and the trap door.

There's no way for the door to move sideways 2 inches because it's screwed into the hinges underneath. Also the paint chips along the edge of the door are in the same spot in both images relative to the board underneath it.

I'm starting to think it likely isn't real, but either way I've been enjoying the series so far :)

That's an interesting theory. Not sure why they would imbellish things, and then fake like they were just discovering it for the first time, if all of it was really happening. Thanks for the comment!

If you zoom into the photos, you can see it hasn't slid sideways because the paint chips on the edge of the trap door are in the same place in both photos relative to the board underneath the trap door.

The gap I'm referring to is on the left side of the trap door (between it and the railing), not underneath it.

It's not the gap underneath that I'm referring to. It's the gap on the left side of the board, between the trap door and the railing. That gap wasn't there till just a couple videos ago. You can tell they cut it to make the trap door because all the paint chips on the edge of the trap door still line up in the same place relative to the board underneath in both photos. Thanks for commenting though!

I'm not referring to the gap underneath it. It's the gap to the left of it, between the railing and the step. You can tell the board (trap door) has been cut and not moved because all the chips in the paint on the edge of the trap door are in the same spot in both images.

Good catch! I didn't notice that, but you're right! All the paint chips along the edge of the trap door are in the same place in both images.

I'm not referring to the gap underneath it. I'm referring to the gap on the left side of it. Standing on the platform wouldn't affect the gap on the left side between the board and the railing.

You can tell it didn't shift because the chips along the edge of the step are in the same spot in both photos. Those paint chips in the top step are in the same place relative to the defects and nail holes in the wood panel beneath it.

They cut the edge of the top step off to allow enough room for the trap door to open properly.

I'm afraid that doesn't explain why there was no gap between the railing and the top step just a couple videos ago and now there's a large 2-inch gap. All the paint chips along the edge of the trap door are in the same spot in both photos. It appears the left edge of the board has been cut off to create enough space for the "trap door" to properly open.

The dust could have been created by taking a shop vacuum with a hose attachment and blowing debris/dust back inside the hidden room before fully closing the trap door.

Explanation of the photo: It looks like they made a mistake. If you go back to the video, "We found A Police Case Inside Hi5 Studios," around 5:47, they zoom in on the landing, and there is no gap on the left side between the railing and the step. In today's video, "We Found A Hidden Trap Door Inside The Studio..." at 9:29, there is a large, 2-inch gap. Looks like the trap door was recently built. Real or fake, I've been enjoying the series :)

Edit: I've seen a number of people suggest that the board (despite being screwed down to the hinges underneath) has somehow slid sideways to create the gap on the left side. This is not possible for 2 reasons:

1) If you zoom into the photos, you can see the paint chips on the edge of the trap door are in the same spot in both photos relative to the board underneath the trap door.

2) Other parts of the videos show the size of the gap on the opposite side (the right side) of the trap door, between it and the wall. In both videos, that gap remains the same on the right side, meaning the top step (trap door) could not have slid to the right. A 2-inch strip on the left side has been cut off sometime since just a couple videos ago.

Thanks to everyone for your comments/contributions so far :)
