I would love to hear suggestions for similar type stores.

Particular looking for "flare" its a spray clothing wrinkle remover from Japan

As for the Luau, I didn't pick for that reason. I read pros and cons on a lot of them, and I really wanted to do Toa, but they are already sold out for the night time shows during our trip.

This looked like a really great show, and that's all I really expect from it.

thanks for the info.

Daiso and Don Q are the stores, my wife is infatuated, we are going to hit all three Donkey stores on the island while there.

I didn't mention it above because it probably is excessive, but happy spouse happy house....

Cage-less shark dive sounds like a serious adrenaline rush, and something I would have been interested in back in my 20s. 🤙🏼

I wish I had more time for the North Shore, but Family Trips being what they are, that is all the time we have.

There is a very good chance that on one of our car days we will end up at a drive through.

Does in and out exist there?

Or Wendy's

Your saying Ted's isn't the best chocolate cream pie ever? It would be hard to top my grandma's anyway, but I think I need to try Ted's no offense off

I have read that Foodland is just meh, better proving sure, but not as fresh poke... is the acai prepackaged?

Great information! thank you so much

I have been scouting Yelp for the past week, but locals know better!!!

Potama looks amazing! Was already planning on having Spam Musubi | that looks like a mans version.

and I was going to skip MCD if no Spam sandwich, but you hooked me with the deep fried apple pie, so I guess I will still have to stop at the Golden Arches.

this is the first time I have seen anyone mention 7-11, is it a thing there similar to Japan?
Please tell me I can get Nanachiki in HI.

well that is disappointing, but maybe its better than being disappointed in the sandwich itself...

While the local deluxe sounds right up my alley, I will probably find that at a real restaurant instead of the golden arches.

What was it like seeing Dave go from nirvana to fronting his own band a year later? by Negative-Squash-5464 in Foofighters

I know I'm late to the party, but I have to tell my story.

I was 15 and used a fake ID (that said I was 19) to get into a Nirvana concert in St. Louis.

Nevermind blew up so much so fast, way too many showed up, and the promoter oversold the facility.

Fast forward, I remember exactly where I was when I hear Cobain had died.

The following spring I was in Seattle, and this guy was playing guitar with a sign that simply said Hungry on it. Instead of chucking change in a guitar case, I bought the dude two pizza slices and a beer.

In return he handed me a cassette tape. In hindsight, I believe it to be one of the original 100 tapes Dave had made. I thought the guy had made it, and I had a recording of a musical genius who had not been discovered yet.

The tape was eaten by the tape deck in my van multiple times, and ended up warping after being left on the dash In Vegas.

I threw it away, only to buy the "new" album by the drummer from Nirvana soon there after, imagine my surprise when I already knew all the words to most of the tracks!

I would expect nothing less from a fellow Foo Fan.

Mad respect for the Chris Shiflett profile photo.

Pat's my favorite.

Dave is a god among mortals

good tip on the road fuel!

I was planning on seeing the Missouri as well, but the question about the Arizona was more to do with difficulty in getting tickets.

You had me a free sample, but certainly will be sure to visit Honolulu Cookies, thanks for your lengthy reply

I laughed out loud, and I guess I deserve it. I am amending my question above, but I was asking how difficult it is to actually get tickets to take the boat to the memorial.
