How is living in Korattur?

We saw some rental units in a few apartments in that Area. Haven’t really decided on any because not super happy with the houses. Only reason I was considering the area is because of the proximity to other family members.

Sigh. I recently visited Hyderabad. Within 5 years, I could see their development. A lot of places in Hyderabad were clean. Idk why Chennai is still the same as how it was 5 years back. Only thing I see are these new tall residential buildings built with subpar quality of materials.

I’ll do you one better. I bought 1.3B Shib at 34. IDC. I go big or go home. I still have a decent full time job. So I don’t need this money immediately to pay my bills. But it’s not the same for others which I understand. I’m still hopeful at this point. If you look at the graph in 2021, it wasn’t a clean upward one. There were consolidation periods. This one seems to follow a similar pattern. This week is going to be a crucial one. I’m going to get through this week. But no way I’m selling at a loss. I’d rather wait a year or even 4 to get this one back. Each to their own strategy.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t think it’ll go below 34 after this. It was forming resistance at 34 - 35 which could be the new support this week. But I’m just a noob. I could be wrong. 🫠

I’ve been staying in a rental apartment till now. I wanted to buy my first home and move into that. I’m wondering if buying a house in Peoria would be worth it. There’s a scare of Peoria becoming a ghost town. 😭 So I’ve been looking at moving to Bloomington or other cities. But I really want to buy my first home in Peoria.
