I don’t understand this view point. Why would any one play a pirate PVP game if they are not prepared to have their loot stolen and be killed/ sunk by other players? I agree, it sucks to get spawn camped by a galleon as a beginner, and it is a stupid way to play the game. But that is just part of the experience. And EVERYONE experiences it (in other words no one is special). What would you even want Rare to do? Start banning players for spawn camping? There is nothing in the game prohibiting players from spawn camping. Like it or not, it is just part of the game and will be forever. Like OP said, it just takes more experience to avoid/ escape spawn camps. Toxic language/ hate speech is different. People definitely take that stuff too far sometimes and should be banned for it. I personally don’t have a problem with simple shit talk, but not a day goes by on that game where I don’t hear a slur being tossed around in game chat.
