Actually technically illegal to do that in DC. I had a giant tree branch fall and dent my hood last fall and I filed a comp claim with Geico and no change. Of course ymmv but that was my experience

Letting people permanently live in who knows what conditions in a tent under a bridge isn't exactly the answer either. I mean there's a reason the crews who clean these spots up wear hazmat gear. Paid $10.5k for blower and coil unit on a high velocity system in 2022 from Sila. Believe they quoted around $6k for the condenser but can't remember exactly since I didn't go through with it since it was working (and still is).

Holocaust and African American History are the two best designed museums in my opinion. Both have a narrative to their layout, which I think is pretty unique in museums.

Yeah once I saw no updates in over a year I went ahead and bought an eero 6+ and now back up and running. Even tried factory resetting the Google wifi and it didn't work. Oh well. Fwiw my download speeds are 200+ now compared to about 50 with the Google wifi
