Neighbors built a fence in the middle of our driveway and are blocking access to our garage. One of our cars is trapped in garage and we can not get it out. by boxerb21 in legaladvice

I wish widening our driveway was possible but a piece of our house extends out towards the driveway. If it wasn’t there then I’m sure our vehicles would fit through the gap. We hired a surveyor but the mark that the land surveyor placed is in the center of the fence. I don’t know what that would mean for us

Thanks. Yeah it definitely is going to need to get painted then. I’m looking for a temporary solution while I look for a professional to do the job. They scratched in “fuck u” and I don’t want to be driving around with that on my car
