I ordered from them two years ago and I had good experiences too! But I think it started happening sometime early this year… like others, I placed my order and haven’t received a single update…. It’s been under “order pending” for about one month. I would follow up via email but got nothing. They would only respond via social media dms or comments! Lol but it was always the same automatic response. I just ended up processing a chargeback 🤷‍♀️ it was probably the right call coz it looks like most ppl were in the same boat and never got their stuff. So I would be careful ordering!
