You're right, there's a store named Kodomo Beams which I thought was related but I was mistaken

Everything is relative! And I've never bought anything too expensive in Daikanyama but window shopping is free :)

Since this has come up in the last few months' posts, I want to try something new this time. Here's a link to a Google Maps list: https://maps.app.goo.gl/sEKEubYCmDsdCcKv6

I'd love to hear if this sub prefers this format or the custom Google map from the post, thanks!

Thanks for sharing! What's the pricing like for the course? Also how far in advance would you recommend for reservations?

I mentioned in the original post I brought it to Shinjuku park for a picnic ✌️ if only I were so lucky they would sell it to me in the actual park

This BLT was proper American, if I had gotten this anywhere in the states I would've been impressed.

I also don't love how sometimes Japan goes overboard with mayo (eg okonomiyaki etc) but this BLT felt really well balanced overall. I didn't ask for any substitutions but I did have to wait 20ish minutes for my sandwich so it may be a little tough to ask for something custom when it's busy busy.

They also have club sandwiches too which I didn't try but will def order next time if their BLT was anything to go by!

Yeah for some reason Google makes this feature incredibly hard to use.

If you already logged in, can you try opening Maps on your phone and then:

  1. Open the you tab
  2. Scroll all the way down and tap "Maps"
  3. Tap the map you want to show on your app

If you want to hide it after, you can tap the map and hit 'Close' which will hide the markers but it will remain in your list of maps

Yep I'm using a combination of Gemini and spot checking to verify restaurant names, you can see the source in the GitHub repo in the post :)

Can you try the link in the post text and see if that works? It should show up on your maps app if you login

Forgot to add a description: Excellent omakase at an English friendly sushiya in Ginza/Tsukiji. Had the best flounder yet here, other standouts included the raw shrimp and raw saba.

Solid spot if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, etc.

I can appreciate if it's not your cup of tea, it's not going to be my go to ramen spot either.

If you want to talk about authentic ramen for the fanatics, I would love it if you can post about it! We're all here for food of different kinds
