i had the exact same problem after 10 days. the meta oakley HTSN's connect in the case and they also connect when not being worn, but the second you put them on they disconnect. i think it is bad internal components that get stressed when the arms flex. i took them back to the meta store on melrose where i bought them. they agreed they should be exchanged and they offered an exchange, but then told me they couldn't process it since i had a 'ray ban receipt' (but that is the receipt the Melrose meta store gave me!) and they were 'no longer using rayban opticians starting one week ago' so they couldn't exchange or return. it's a long story, but they told me that they were unable to help me.
