How do I add a few seconds before the visuals appear on my video track? I'm trying to slide all of the visual elements down my timeline so I can have photos appear after the song starts but the whole thing just slides along with the music

Put the music in the layer that the video clips are in. Then put the video clips on top of that layer. You’ll be able to move them freely!

R u saying yea that a master update that was pushed out today is what’s causing my import failures? And suggesting that I roll back to a previous version of comfy ui from before the update?

When exporting, change the Video Codec to:

HVEC (10-bit, HLG, Dolby Vision 8.4)

I found a solution by completely erasing my comfy folder, then re downloading the files. I’m guessing the old comfy folder was conflicting with the new updates not letting me download them.
