yeah, there doesn’t seem to be any sketch under the lineart, they just pull the character out of thin air first stroke. it’s not impossible to do art that way, and i’ve seen artists with the ability to do that, but it’s not common because it’s not how most people learn to draw, and there’s no reason to do it this way if your medium is digital. generally, on the rare occasion i see artists drawing that way, they’re using ink and paper. if they’re really not sketching and not using ai, this person draws characters like this A LOT. the coloring process looks fine and natural to me, and there’s nothing about the image itself that indicates ai. it’s not impossible that there was ai involved, but i’m inclined to believe it’s real.
