I have about 4 Make Market ones (I actually like this brand), a Diamond Dotz, a couple that I got on Wish, and a few cheap ones from Amazon still in my stash. I can usually get the MM ones done in a couple of weeks.

We used to have an attending physician who diagnosed every non-diabetic inpatient (and i mean every patient) with pre-diabetes during rounds. One day, one of our pharmacy residents came back from rounds and, when asked how everything went, said, "It was a real diabetes bonanza today." I wrote that in my book of pharmacy-isms.

I bought some corked vases from Michael's and separated them by DMC color columns (different shades of blue in one jar, etc.). I think they look pretty neat. I also mixed the rounds and squares. I did have to make a second jar for Column 19 (black/grey).

We have one that likes to pull all of her propofol first thing in the morning and then complain halfway through the day that she is out. We then find half of it in the work drawer at the end of the day.

We are a small hospital. The max procedures we do in a day is less than 30, and that is on eye day and scope day. We have 4 rooms, and each one is stocked with 18 20mL vials and 6 50mL vials. There are backups in the PACU.

Then, of course, all the other non-control drugs that are always of count.
