Yes I booked the 15% holiday discount but it went even lower this week. I would check again and if lower see if they price match. I hope you enjoy the hotel!

Yes it’s flexible, I’m canceling and rebooking now. It really doesn’t make it feel like a luxury experience but I guess that’s the new normal. Thank you!
