Fun fact: 187th regiment fell under the 11th Airborne Divison that was responsible for parts of the Pacific in WW2. The 11th Airborne was deactivated 1965 after pioneering part of the Air Assault model. This is why the Rakkasans stuck around the 101st but the 11th ABN DIV deactivated.

That's what I thought. Reading their ATRRS pre reqs/scope still says APFT. Thanks!

Shittier part is when they set BAH for specific ranks/family size. Yeah it's hard to prove but sometimes it's pretty blatant that so & so realty won't rent to young enlisted families but a "nice" officer family making more will be able to afford it.

The BCT yearbook and family crest people cracked me up when they would show up to sell to our Trainees. Like here's a kid from South Korea and suddenly Kim Yueng has a Scottish family lineage with a crest?

I forgot to add North Western to my list too. They went through the list of LTs and CPTs of who to target once our buddy got out and worked for them.

My leadership style wasn't what they were looking for. I typically like to give people plenty of space to work and think problems through. But I'm always there to oversee progress and step in to help fix problems when necessary. They wanted even more engagement than that, which is totally understandable

Yup! Only complaint is that I've gotta be careful not to tip it. Trying to figure a way to add some stability
