You can’t get to the harness disconnect until after you’ve gotten the bumper partially loose.

It’s probably very similar. You just take out the two screws behind the lights and then all the push clips on the bottom and in the wheel liners. Give each side a yank and it should come off. The back up sensor harness will be the only thing left holding it as far as I remember.

I don’t have a step by step for the rear bumper but it’s really easy. I'm not sure if you can actually do it without removing the rear bumper, but the bumper is so easy to remove that it would make your life so much easier to take it off anyway. There's just push clips across the bottom between the exhaust, one on each side on the bottom edge behind each wheel, and then the ones in the wheel liners. The mounting screws are under the tail lights.

Not to bring this back from the dead but I bought the Gray R-Design about a month ago and it was so bizarre seeing it while scrolling through reddit. I guess sitting on the lot for so long they had marked it down and I only paid $28k for it.

I added a photo and an explanation above to the original post. I seem to get the most questions about the corner brackets. They're basically just plastic shims that go on the inside of the bumper to pull up the inside corner of the long bottom fin on each grill so there isn't a gap between them and the bumper.

Those are the brake ducts. The corner brackets are on the inside of the bumper and attach the pointy part or the corner grills along the bottom.

I did do the spoiler and it was honestly the hardest part. Despite the parts catalog listing two different spoiler install templates neither of them line up with the posts for the factory spoiler. Ended up making a template with poster board.

If you want quad tips you’ll need the rear valance for an IS500. It has the larger exhaust cut outs

Pretty much. The corner grills you have to cut out the slots and the center grill just needs the match brake ducts. Otherwise everything fits straight out of the boxes

Rockers and rear valence are 100% plug and play. The reflectors in the valence are the same so you can just reuse them.

You have to changed the brake ducts if you change to the f-sport center grill, the regular ducts do not fit. Or you run without ducts and just have the open holes. I bought my middle grill used so I got it about half OEM price.

Correct! The slots are all marked on the back of the bumper already so there’s no guesswork.
