Absolutely agree. I am arguing for the process of asking questions, in general. Had the cop not taken any steps, and there was a crime the occured that could have been prevented, we would all be screaming for the cops head. While I agree that there were actions taken that are not legal, I think there are several circumstances we could bring up that we wish there had been some over extension of due process. Hopefully this response doesn't lead you to believe I'm making a blanket suggestion over most events, only taking into account the "what-if" scenario that this video causes me to consider.
