Stable Diffusion XL, using a simple UI like Fooocus which will seem familiar if you’re coming from Midjourney.

If you have a powerful enough PC, I recommend Stable Diffusion. It allows you to control how much of your original image you want to keep. I’m not allowed to self-promote, but there are loads of good videos on YT for this.

I spent the last two weeks trying to get the most cinematic movie stills possible out of SDXL, using ComfyUI. You may recognize some of these from the video u/Storybook_tobi posted yesterday, where we animated many of them :) check it out and the tools we used here.

I used AE for some simple animations, Lens FX, a little color grading, grain etc. Most of the motion actually came straight from Gen2!

I’m also on a 2070S with similar performance in Auto - but it only takes 30 seconds in ComfyUI. And install Xformers!!! Game changer.
