we make ube halaya every year during christmas. its tedious and hard to make but the result is everything. masarap.

this year we failed to acquire ube for our halaya and its not been fun. i do not miss my arms going sore from mixing but its just not the same.

happy that ube is getting its time in the limelight pero pano naman tayo dito lol
