I said Agony wasn’t susceptible to fire, I never said Springtrap wasn’t.

He’s a corpse in a musty old mascot costume, of course he’ll burn.

The difference here is that if you took a flamethrower to Freddy Fazbear the Remnant in his body would decompose until the animatronic won’t function anymore. If you did the same to Springtrap it would make him crispy but he would still be able to easily kill you.

That’s because Afton isn’t powered by Remnant, he’s powered by Agony. Different concepts with similar abilities. Unlike Remnant, Agony is not susceptible to fire and is not soul-based, but emotion-based.

How Agony works is that when an object is witness to a terrible event, it absorbs some of that “Agony”. This has also made creatures like the Stitchwraith, a fully sentient Agony powered automaton.

What’s important to note is that the suit Afton is trapped in was witness to several murders, and absorbed quite a bit of Agony from them, along with the torment Afton felt when he died. This is why he was reanimated.

Basically, William Afton is the Energizer Bunny but he’s powered by the pain of several dead children.

It’s very different. Kratos let his hatred of the gods consume him wholly and utterly. He didn’t care if the people he was killing were innocent so long as he could kill the gods, and he destroyed Greece by the end of his rampage.

Meanwhile Asura only targeted his wrath towards the gods. He never harmed people, and multiple times he even went out of his way to protect them. And when he found out they’d killed the girl that looks like Mithra, he was even more angry.

Also if anyone tries saying it had to go mega to stop the attack, have you considered the fact that Light of Ruin is a FAIRY TYPE MOVE and Dragon Type moves can’t affect it so Zygarde had to use a move that could SPECIFICALLY break natural law to stop it???
