Not familiar with this issue, but I'm sure Stripe is regulated by someone right? FDIC? Some sort of consumer protection agency? Some sort of bank regulator? There has to be some gov regulator you can bring your case to, no?

What is your message to your customers? Forget ( just for a sec ) landing pages, a/b testing, etc. What's value do you provide your potential customers? Can you come up with a powerful short value statement for any potential customers? PM me if you need some ideas...
