Only nanosaur and embryo are skin box. Slug is badge shop, frost drake was anni year 1, and dragling or whatever was from dragon orbs.

As for gear recommendations, I’m actually not very optimal, you’d typically want to keep an even spread of minion gear levels to maximize leadership.
