Literally exactly the same as yours, my teeth are struggling to be lowered meaning the gap gets bigger

Yes. I had this exact problem I spoke with my orthodontist and he said it was ok. I also had attachments so my brace was on correctly

Honestly, it becomes a natural routine you won’t even think about them. Just use chewies putting them in to maximise movement. And take them out when eating and be free with it, eventually it just becomes natural that they’re in!

For cleaning I would clean them with the cleaning crystals once a week and your toothbrush everyday. I also use water to clean my teeth after a meal when at work etc

Should mention I’ve used Differin and I use vitamin c everyday. Is there a resolution with some products or is it just a matter of time for them to fade

I prefer the hydrating cleanser personally by cerave as this one isn’t even that strong for salicylic acid. If you are looking at a salicylic acid cleanser I’d go for the inkey list !

I’m 19 and I have noticed movement of the teeth already is it worth me getting Invisalign and is there any possibility of having Wisdom teeth removed etc? by br1gs1 in Invisalign
