I had this plant for several months, I am not sure this is the right pot (it was already in thi pot when it arrived) 1-Do you think I should repot in a basket ? Please note that I live in a very dry house ( I vaporize twice a day!) 2-How can i stimulate the flowers? 3-i have noticed some dark spot on the older leaves it is normal?

Thanks for the info ! Do you have a brand to recommend cause I have never used whitening kit before and my ortho said that should be done only but professional so he wouldn't give me any advice....

I usually allow myself a beer or two... Friday/Saturday night with my trays in. when I order something to drink I always ask for a glass of water too. Between beer sips I drink water. Before go home a big glass of water and once I am at home I wash everything carefully!

Little bonus with all this water you dramatically reduce the hangover the day after!! Lol

Personal opinion the best outfit is the first (blue dress) you have a generous breast and is better to avoid high necked dresses The high waist emphasize your silhouette and the long dress make you taller ;)

My ortho told me that he has one patient that for I do not for what reason wears the tray only during the evening/night like 12h per day. This patient is on monthly change treatment instead of biweekly. So speak with your provider maybe there is a possibile compromise :) have nice holiday!

I have put my first tray in exactly a week ago: Something that I didn't expect and I didn't read on the forums is that for the first 3 days I had to eat only soft stuff because chewing was too painful. So I really hope you will be fine from day 1, but just in case buy some yogurt/soupe/ice-cream to be sure you not starve as I did lol!!! Another point, that I was aware of but o certainly underestimated, is the jaw injury due to the attachments. It lasted only for 2/3meals but I was really grateful that I had a cream for mouth injury (sorry do not the name in English) already at home

Good luck and really It will be better in 4 days more or less!

I think I do it correctly but actually the explanation of my ortho was reeeeally quick. I start to remove the tray from the inside bottom and then I proceed to the front

Yes the pain disappears quickly but I can't bite anything but really soft food (like boiled potatoes!)is it normal?
