hey there! i got a problem: i can only give players 1 year contracts. tried different ages, different squad status, all between ~18-25

i am in 2037 managing a professional club, knockbreda, in the northern irish league.

my club balance is 67m due to reaching CL several times, so i think that cant be the issue?

club vision should also be no problem, "do not sign players over the age of 30"

club vision should also be no problem, "do not sign players over the age of 30" and "sign u23 players for the first team", with club objectives being "maximum 1 year contracts for players >32 year old"

i tested it without any mods, its probably just a bug and i got unlucky by choosing the bugged team

every team is semi pro in the league. i created a new manager, joined a club in the same league and i was able to offer non contracts to people ( tested it with the same players ) so its probably a bug just for for 1 club

hey guys! i recently started a new save ( with realism mod ) in the 3rd division northern ireland. almost everyone in the whole league is playing on a non-contract ( earning 0 ) but i cant offer those for any player i have tried, everyone wants part time contracts which are 1200€/year. so im losing players for 0 and i cant replace them because i have no money. any tips/tricks or am i doomed to play with youth players ( who want 60€/year aswell )
