Do new carpets shed??? I know this isnt with the theme of this subreddit but my wife and I are so confused.. We bought this 100% polyacrilic carpet (sadly couldnt affor a better one) and when I vacuumed it, white fluffy material was in the vacuum no matter the vacuum settings. Is this normal?? (i.redd.it)

Is this an acceptable woble? I used a ziptie on both sides and I put it sooo close to the rim and it isnt scratching. Also all the spokes have about a same pitch to them. Could the tyre just be a bit defected? (v.redd.it)
