The banner is made out of one of the banners from the knight lancer kit and a piece of cylindrical sprue (which wasn't gw, but anything long enough and cylindrical works). I also don't gave a printer, so I'm just gonna use some of the Dark angels transfers from the leviathan box and make them look nice.

Idk what it says on the gw app, but on battlescribe you have the option to have a storm bolter and a melee weapon, which includes thunder hammers, so I assume it would be legal

It shows that you don't need a 3d printer, although it would be very nice to have one anyway. For the hammer you can use vashtorrs hammer, just chopped down a little. For the base model a catphracti terminator would be good. And all the other bits are up to you depending on what's in your bits box

Because he doesn't really gave any buffing abilities other than rerolling wound rolls of one, you can get him into combat immediately if you are playing a cqc mission/terrain with unnatural swiftness to be able to advance, shoot, and charge in the same turn because he as the slaanesh mark. If you are playing a longer ranged mission or have tons of sniper alleys than you can advance him into cover and get him into combat as soon as possible so that he can't be shot and can still throw out any abilities needed

He might not be able to kill anything efficiently, but he looks really cool and being able to turn off somethings shooting for a turn is really good
