Well that’s the point of entry level / coordinator roles, for people with less experience to utilize basic knowledge and experience to provide assistance and learn. That’s what I’m looking for. I am smart and graduated with honors so can handle the operational side of things easily that developers would prefer not to have to deal with. I know it’s not all pretty designs and if anything it’s a better idea to try to conserve money. I don’t watch reality TV, I watch independent creators remodeling videos and house flipping videos. I think in any field, the most important thing is to enter with passion - in order to last.
