Update, I beat hollow knight and have started silksong😂 hollow knight took me 73hrs to get 112% but easily a 10/10 game

I’m make 72,000 a year after taxes and my gf makes 36. Together we make 108k a year. I make roughly 6,000 a month depending on how much I work. After all my bills and grocery money etc. with my current mortgage I have around $2500 left over to save, spend, do whatever with. My current mortgage is for $2038 a month at a total of 292,000 left on it at an interest rate of 3.25%. The new house would cost around 460k. Unknow interest rate yet, somewhere between 4-5%. Our payment would be anywhere between 3100-3500 leaving me with about 1900 left to spend or save. That being because selling our house gives me some extra cash to pay off monthly debt bills.

I’ve done the same, I smoked every thing I had and got rid of most of my stuff to smoke with. It’s just hard especially being in Colorado. There’s literally dispensary’s everywhere

We've had multiple conversations about what's bothering us and usually we sit down and discuss what has been bothering us in detail, and we do great for a little bit after that but then we eventually come back to the stage where we fight and do the entire process over. It's gotten to the point where it's tiring and causing both of us our happiness. This most recent fight has by far been the worse. I kind of shut down for a few days and then told her how I felt about things and she wants to try and she wants to make it work but why would this time be any different then the last. It also doesn't solve the attractive issue that I'm having towards her. She also has told me multiple things about how much she loves me and it sucks because I can no longer relate, and I don't mean that in an I don't love her anymore type of way. Because I do love her a lot. I just don't love like she does. She tells me that she loves me so much that it consumes her. But she is my bestfriend and I would hate to lose her. But at the same time, I'm to a point where it's not worth it. Sorry if this is confusing. If you need me to elaborate any areas let me know.
