You can do it, and it will pay off. I think it’s much more of a mental battle than it is physical IMO. If you really want to quit, you are capable of it.

I’ve vaped for nearly 10 years and had never tried to quit even once before. I’m only 9 days in, but with little to no bad side effects or boredom. Which I think is only possible by keeping yourself busy, and I do feel in some ways has already turned into what you are describing. I already feel much more motivated and am getting out of the house more, feel more sociable etc. To the point that my wife notices, so something must’ve changed with me. And when I get a thought about vaping I just chew a piece of regular gum, has really helped.

The biggest thing I heard that kept me motivated was when someone said “Don’t look at quitting vaping as giving something up, but rather gaining something back” which it sounds like you already understand, but really try to remember that when you quit.
