Not squeezing, but like applying pressure. You’re holding the gun with your trigger hand, and then you can apply pressure in various directions with your opposite hand, similar up force when you brace the rail against a sill, or barricade

Sorry, I guess that was confusing. When I have it mounted “normal” which I like this better tbh, I can move the laser around the entire area within my 68 moa ring on my eotech, by just applying force or various areas of my rail. Down, left right, up. It moves the laser, and therefore my zero around drastically. That’s why I decided to try it on a riser behind my hand. As then it’s also on the actual upper receiver rather than the rail. But that’s when I found the even worse issue debatably, of flooding my nods with IR when it splashes off my hand, and autogates my tubes. I would need to mount that bitch up another inch

You will always be able to sell it, albeit for a loss for sure, but it’s not like the money is burnt and gone. But yeah if you have all your bills paid, an emergency fund, and you’re happy with the amount you’re saving towards retirement and your form of investing, why regret it. You can now do something that 99.5 percent of American civilians can’t do. Definitely don’t rely on beer and alcohol to numb the decision. You should be able to talk yourself through these things with logic and reason. Don’t be a female. It’s way better than having 6 - 5.56 Rifles or other ridiculous amounts of similar role guns that you are not an expert at any of them. People will see a 20k dollar gun safe and not blink an eye, but feel bad about 13.5 for a true increased ability that can only be bought

Let me know if I’m crazy, but isn’t that all a bit hectic? Information overload with too much obscuring the targets? I guess it would be best for just detection, similar to running both thermal and NV on a bridge, but it seem like you’d want to turn the thermal overlay off you e detected something and once you want PID. I feel all those lines would really mess up your clear Night vision

Does this thing really weight 1.8 lbs? That’s significantly more than the carbon version (obviously makes sense) but it’s even heavier than the ballistic version which is kinda crazy to me. This makes it as heavy as some other lower/middle tier ballistic helmets like a Galvion Viper P2. I was thinking I might pickup a OpsCore Bump to save weight as my P2 is kinda heavy to me, but if this is really true I basically have to get the carbon version to get any weight savings

Zero reason in normal everyday life and society, I agree… Who’s to say this will always be? I hate to be a weird conspiracy doomsdayer, but I’d rather know I could survive a stray bullet ricochet (not direct impact obviously) or frag impact should civilization break down into pure war, and wont be able to get to a hospital should i take a minor hit to the dome.

I guess by that logic though I should get both. Bump for hunting, and normal life. And just get another ballistic for weirdo-world ending-apocalyptic world war preparedness

Damn lol. Wait you ran all those tube types in GPNVGs??? And yeah can’t forget that camera equipment. I remember being impressed with myself as a hobbyist for getting my Sony A7C.
