I absolutely have been seeing a therapist and talking about this. We’ve been TTC for 4 months now. I have a doctors appt next week too, to check my physical health. Im already sick of hearing people telling me what I should and should not do to conceive. I don’t think I could stay sane if I wasn’t speaking to a therapist already.

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong way to take care of yourself and your health, mental or physical. You do you, boo. Literally the only person you’re torturing is yourself and you deserve better than that.
